Vehicle Damage Assessor - Trainee

Location:
Lincoln LN6

Salary:
Up to £25,000

Monday to Friday

Do you have experience in the automotive industry, coming from a parts, engineering, or service background?

As a Trainee VDA, you will be trained to assess a wide range of vehicles, using Audatex to calculate costings and the time required to complete all necessary repairs accurately and professionally.

You will liaise regularly with insurance engineers and customers. Create accurate damage assessments to BSI PAS 10125 standards, using the correct repair methods.

We will support with all training both in house and through formal qualifications.

About You

Plan your workload effectively to ensure vehicles are repaired to the agreed service level agreements (SLAS)
Work to a high standard in a fastpaced environment
Carry out work in accordance with manufacturers specifications
Work as part of a team as well as on your own initiative with mínimal supervision
Be flexible in your approach
Continually work to high standards with customer satisfaction in mind.
