Our
Commercial & Marketing team needs a
Senior Commercial Insight Executive to join them in either our
Salford Quays, Manchester or
Haywards Heath, West Sussex office.

In this role you'll define, gather, analyse, and distribute intelligence about our products, trends and competitors within the industry.

You will then use your skills and this information to support executives and managers in making strategic decisions for the organisation.

You'll be great in this role if you have:

  • In depth research skills both desk based and primary research
  • Strong data presentation skills
  • An inquisitive mindset and approach to problem solving

What's involved:


  • Research, capture and analyse data to make recommendations for marketing strategies, product development and strategic initiatives
  • Conduct research on competitor journeys and produce reports summarising findings and making actionable recommendations
  • Coordinate market research campaigns to identify market trends and new competitors and products
  • Perform macro market analysis and undertake financial reviews of competitor annual reports and company presentations
  • Assist with writing reports for senior stakeholders and designing and delivering presentations
  • Responsible for the production of management information and monthly dashboards
  • Ensure all marketing material is signed off by the relevant parties prior to distribution
  • Ensure compliance with company and other relevant standards/ regulations at all times
  • Any other reasonable duties as required

Your Experience

  • Relevant experience required, preferably within the insurance sector

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong analytical, mathematical and data mining skills

  • Attention to detail
  • Problem solving skills with the ability to adopt a logical approach to solving problems
  • Good literacy and numeracy skills
  • Fully conversant with all aspects of MS Office

  • Ideally a sound knowledge of the industry
