Sue Ross Recruitment are working with a leading firm of Accountants in the recruitment of a Senior Secretary for their thriving Sheffield office.
Key duties and responsibilities will include:
- typing of accounts, engagements and tender documentation
- travel and accommodation bookings
- workload delegation for the team
- approving leave and making suitable arrangements for cover when required
- booking and organising internal and external conferences
- light PA duties for the senior partner, including diary management
- ordering and stock control for printed stationary and marketing materials
- overseeing the on boarding of new clients
- carrying out other administrative duties as required
Key skills and attributes:
- the ability to maintain confidentiality
- at least 6 years' experience in a similar role
- an eye for accuracy
- the ability to learn quickly and work well under pressure
- approachable, confident and self‐motivated
- possess exceptional typing skills with vast experience of Microsoft Office
- a professional manner and an ability to work as part of a team with a flexible approach and a willingness to adapt and act upon own initiative
