Salary:
£ 50,000 - £ 65,000 p.a. + benefits

The Role
Drafting and reviewing contracts and NDAs.

Advise on all contractual arrangements with suppliers, customers and agents.

Support Business Development Department with Bid Proposals

To review and understand the key commercial conditions of the relevant RFP, including any contractual documents and framework.

Ensure that any relevant contract appendices etc are reviewed and / or completed by relevant departmental colleagues.

Play a lead role in communication with the relevant customers

Prepare Executive Contract summaries for successful bids for approval in line with the company authority matrix.

Review and advise on contract renewals / documents and / or amendments

The Person
Be able to demonstrate a good track record of contracts and/or commercial work in a highly regulated industry.

Must have a proven background in contract drafting and negotiation

Possess drive and energy, be confident and have a pro-active nature.

Will possess the strong IT skills that will be required for this role, in particular MS Office.

Will have strong numerical attributes and be commercially astute.
