Our client is one of the market leaders in the galvanising industry. They now have opportunities for hard working, committed and ambitious individuals to join their team on a full time, permanent basis

The main duties of this role will be to integrate in a vibrant and busy work environment, working alongside a busy team providing support to the team Manager.

Main Responsibilities:

Ensuring quality standards of finished products
Inspection of products prior to process to ensure conformity.
Operation of overhead crane and forklifts (Training will be provided).
Handling of steel products
Maintaining housekeeping standards.
Any other duties associated with the job role.

Production or manufacturing experience, although transferable skills from similar roles will be considered as full training will be provided

This role involves a substantial amount of manual handling.

Strong work ethic.

Ability to work in a target based environment.

Ability to work in a fast paced environment.

Team player.

Flexible.

Be able to work to strict health & safety standards.

Willingness to work irregular hours.

Desirable Criteria:

Previous production experience.

Forklift Truck/Crane operation.
