    The ideal candidate will also have experience in Domain Controllers, Multi-factor authentication, Group Policies, PKI, DNS, DHCP and IAM, and will bring a passion for technology and a commitment to delivering outstanding results.

    You will have the opportunity to work on challenging and complex projects as well as providing operational and project support in a global enterprise setting.

    The role will ensure the development and maintenance of all policies following the delivery methodologies for implementation into the operational environment
    Performs technical planning and implementation activities for domain services, such as:
    Group Policies
    Acts as technical guidance on DMS elements of IT projects, and supports with changes, upgrades and enhancements
    Administers, supports, installs, configures, maintains, and troubleshoots DMS hardware and software estate as well as its domain services
    Creates and maintains documentation, including processes, procedures, design & configuration, and operating manuals
    Ensures all processes/procedures/work instructions are clearly followed to help improve reliability, efficiency, quality, and cost effectiveness of service components under supervision for example ITIL problem and change processes
    Accountable for compliance with all IT related processes, policies and work practices
    Supports the development of future planning and product roadmap activity
    Facilitates the use of the performance metrics to improve output
    May be required to provide out of hours support via an on-call rota

    Excellent analytical, collaborative (team working) with planning and execution skills
    Expert knowledge in DMS such as - Active Directory, Domain, controllers, Multi-factor authentication, Group Policies, PKI, DNS, DHCP, IAM
    Strong industry and domain-specific knowledge of the enterprise and its business units
    Ability to deliver to governance practices to track and measure the quality of services, and maintain service improvement plans
    Good verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts and technologies to the IT workforce
    ITIL qualification (foundation at a minimum or similar demonstrated experience) and proven ability of working to the ITIL disciplines
    Willingness to join an on call rota
