    We're hiring for a Measurement Director as part of Dentsu in London or Manchester.

    Purpose of the Role

    We are seeking a director to join our market leading Marketing Science team. As a senior member of the team, you will be responsible to ensuring the success of some of our largest clients as their trusted advisor. Together with the client team this role will focus on driving the media analytics strategy for multiple household brands as "measurement lead". This role can also significantly contribute towards our department growth by improving existing solutions and processes.

    Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the success of our retained clients as the measurement lead, working with a team of analyst/data scientist to deliver insights and recommendations on marketing effectiveness.
  • Key contact for the client and internal stakeholders (e.g. media delivery teams) for all questions related to the different projects and marketing effectiveness in general.
  • Opportunity to take on up to 3 analysts and being responsible for development and growth of your team.
  • Active contribution to improving our solutions, best practices, and process to ensure effective delivery against project scopes.
  • Advising clients on maturing their approach to media measurement utilising solutions such as attribution, MMM and incrementality (testing).
  • Quality assurance across all media science deliveries (modelling results, presentations, and client documents)
  • Industry trend awareness and supporting clients to act appropriately for example regarding 1 party data.
  • Experience + Skills.

    Essential

  • Deep understanding of media effectiveness and how different solutions work together with a focus on Attribution and Incrementality
  • Good understanding of marketing concepts and theory across the whole marketing funnel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to breakdown complex concepts.
  • Ability to translate results into actionable recommendations for media delivery teams.
  • Experience in leading project teams & people management.
  • Ideally

  • Experience in using marketing platforms (Google, Meta, Adobe etc.) as a data source for insights.
  • Experience working in a media agency.
