    Welder Fabricator

    Permanent Staff

    The Company

    An leading engieering company who specialise in the design, manufacture and install of special purpose machinery.

    The Role

    Welding and fabrication in stainless steel material 1.0mm – 12mm thickness. Both Tig and Synergic Mig welding processes are utilised. It is expected you will have experience in reading engineering drawings.

    The work will include the following:
    To carry out a policy of quality engineering when working in the factory / on site.

    TIG and MIG Welding

    Working from engineering drawings

    You must be able to work within a team, either in the main production area or if needed, on a client's site

    The Candidate

    To apply for this role, you must


    • Be experienced in both TIG and MIG welding
    • Able to work to a number of different tolerances
    • City & Guilds Qualifications in Welding and Fabrication/Apprenticeship in a recognised Engineering environment would be an advantage.
    • Comfortable reading and interpreting engineering drawings
