    JOB DESCRIPTION

    People are at the heart of our company and we are proud of our collaborative and inclusive culture. We are seeking an internal communications manager to define our internal communications strategy and drive internal communications and engagement across our global offices.

    This is a part time position, working 3 days per week, reporting to the People & Talent Director. However, the role will collaborate across all our divisions, working with leadership teams, our employee network committees, and key stakeholders. This is an exciting opportunity for an internal communications manager looking for a standalone role.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Work with People & Talent to align on a global internal communications strategy that you will be implementing and driving.
    • Manage the internal communications rhythm, holding stakeholders accountable for deadlines.
    • Create and innovate well thought out content to increase engagement across all regions (UK, US and Hong Kong).
    • Manage all communication channels and the communications calendar
    • Support our internal events, award ceremonies and social gatherings
    • Mange the Hub, our internal intranet, tracking key engagement metrics.
    • Stay on point with key global events, news and holidays to incorporate into communications with the support of People & Talent.
    • Support Exco with internal PowerPoint presentations for Townhalls, All Hands, Corporate Induction and other key internal corporate events
    • Support our employee network groups with their internal event communications
    • Produce the monthly Company Update email

    SKILLS KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERTISE

    • 4+ years minimum in an internal communications role
    • Experience working within global companies
    • Excellent writing skills
    • A creative mindset and results driven
    • Outstanding stakeholder management skills
