- · Supervising a team of Engineers in the delivery of planned and reactive maintenance in commercial buildings.
- · Setting and managing the planned preventative maintenance schedule.
- · Ensuring all services are delivered within SLAs.
- · Ensuring compliance with company and statutory Health & Safety policy.
- · Supervision of any external contractors.
- · Assisting Contract Manager in ensuring all works are completed within budget.
- · Utilising technical expertise to assist Junior Engineers as required.
- · Oversee routine audits and systems tests.
- · Shift Schedule Continental, 7-7 days and nights.
- · Relevant Electrical or Mechanical qualification (NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds Level 3, BEng, BSc, Apprenticeship, BTEC, HND).
- · 3 – 5 years experience in Building Maintenance.
- · LV/HV/Mechanical AP Preferred.
- · Competent working knowledge of Electrical and Mechanical Systems, Building Management Systems, Lighting Control Systems, Heating and Ventilation Systems, Emergency Generators and UPS.
- · Experience in leading a team.

Engineering Shift Supervisor – Central London - £50,000
This is a great opportunity to join one of the UK's leading real estate companies on a brand new flagship development. Our client is looking for experienced maintenance engineers from both mechanical and electrical backgrounds.
The successful candidate will lead a team of on-site Engineers in the effective delivery of building maintenance. The role will be split between hands-on maintenance duties and desk-bound computer work.
This role will suit an ambitious hands-on engineer with leadership experience who's eager to take the next step towards a management role.
