The role
As a Building Supervisor, you'll have a role that's out of the ordinary.

To promote our safety culture and ensure Babcock operated Infrastructure is safe, legal, and fit for purpose through the delivery of planned, reactive, and remedial work streams.


Day to day,

  • Day to Day management for the visiting supply chain. Reviewing Risk and Method Statements, delivering inductions and setting to work through the administration of the Safe System of Work.
  • The implementation of Planned Preventative Maintenance regime at client Headquarters Building and a number of subsidiary sites.
  • Responsible for delivering the agreed programme of works within the agreed budget.
  • Develop effective relationships with stakeholders. Development and presentation of technical reports, surveys, and condition monitoring.
  • Manage the delivery of new works projects to create new and alter existing Infra.

Essential experience of the Building Supervisor

  • Hold or willing to work towards membership to an appropriate professional body.
  • Willingness to travel and to make occasional overnight stops away from home as and when required.
  • Recognised Health & Safety Management qualification.
