    Type - Part Time (3 days) - Permanent

    Reporting to - Co-Founder

    Location - Commutable to Oxford

    The Company

Our clients include some of the world's largest law and professional services firms including Freshfields, Linklaters, MacFarlanes, AlixPartners and Reed Smith.

    The Role

    We are currently seeking to hire a seasoned Finance Director into our company. This individual will be responsible for the running of the finance function and working closely with the rest of the management team. As Passle continues to grow over the coming years, this position requires the Finance Director to work on improving the process and efficiency of the business as we expand. The successful individual is going to play a key role in future financing plans, as well as providing strategic and commercial support across the company.

    The Finance Director will have ownership of all financial planning, budgeting and forecasting activities, as well as overseeing all the tax and accounting of our legal entities across the UK & US. In addition to this, this individual will be responsible for managing working capital and cash flow to help optimise cash requirements while maximising sales and margin opportunities. In addition to this, the role will be responsible for managing & maintaining our company share scheme,

    As Passle continues to expand in the United States, the Finance Director is expected to leverage their knowledge and expertise of US tax & accounting, and working with external advisors ensure that we comply with all regulatory requirements.

    Leveraging off their financial expertise and prior experience of working in a technology business, we are looking for someone to make recommendations of how we can improve our financial processes and systems and lead in the implementation of new and enhanced ways of working.

    The Finance Director will work closely with the company Co-Founders and management team as well as establishing good relationships across the wider company. They will be responsible for managing and overseeing our in-house Finance team.

    Role Requirements

    To be considered for this role, there are certain requirements you must meet:

    • ACA/ACCA trained
    • SaaS experience
    • Commutable to Oxford
    • Exceptional communicator
    • Excellent spreadsheet & modelling skills
    • Ability & willingness to get very hands on & into the detail
    • Strong relationship builder
    • Confident presentation skills

    Relevant Experience required

    • Working with a US subsidiary & statutory filing requirements in the USA
    • Implementing and monitoring SaaS KPI's
    • Departmental management
    • Managing bank, investor and external advisor relationships (tax, audit etc)
    • Exposure to pricing strategy projects
    • Leading the annual budget & forecasting processes
    • Monthly reporting requirements to external financiers & the Senior Leadership Team
    • Systems implementations, along with improving finance processes
