    The Role:


    The role of Resource Planning Lead plays a pivotal part in driving our business planning process across the airport, whilst developing various models with specific focus on the operating model and resourcing strategies.

    This role will be instrumental in designing and implementing the most optimal and efficient rostering solutions to meet our targets.

    This role demands constant scenario analysis and the development and evolution of bespoke models to support future development plans and ideas.

    The Resourcing Planning Lead should remain agile in response to the ever-changing business landscape and have the capability to swiftly address new, emerging questions and challenges.


    You:


    As the Resource Planning Lead, experience in model demand, supply, and operational deployment of resources in a complex and dynamic environment is necessary.

    The ability to adapt and remain agile in response to changing business dynamics, ensuring we are evolving to ever-changing business needs is preferable.

    We are seeking a self-starter with extensive experience in building conceptual models, someone who possesses the ability to proactively identify and execute tasks without constant direction.

    The ideal candidate should exhibit strong leadership qualities, excel in stakeholder management, and apply a deep operational understanding to their work.

    They should possess the ability to independently assess and validate their work, ensuring its alignment with operational requirements. Expertise in VBA code writing Power BI, Power Apps and Power Automate are necessary to fulfil this role.
