    CNC Setter / Operator, Birmingham, £12-16 per hour This client is a design and manufacturing company producing high quality precision products. They have invested significantly in CNC machining and are looking for a CNC Setter/Operator to grow their team with the future plan to further invest in machinery and people. Machinery includes: Nakamura (Fanuc control), Mazak (Mazatrol control), Citizen (Mitsubishi control), Feeler (Fanuc Control), and XYZ (Siemens control). Role Responsibilities:
    • Mechanical set up and operation of CNC turning centres and CNC vertical milling machines for small batch runs.
    • Measurement of machined parts and adjustment of offsets to ensure the accuracy of the finished components.
    • Monitoring of part quality throughout production runs.
    • Cleanliness and housekeeping on the section.
    Requirements:
    • Experienced at setting and adjusting CNC turning centres and CNC vertical milling machines.
    • Ability to read and understand manufacturing drawings and dimensional tolerances.
    • Good communication with team members and management.
    • Considered approach to accuracy and quality.
    • Knowledge of SolidWorks and CAMWorks would be great but is not essential.

    Details:
    • Salary: £12-16 per hour (depending on experience).
    • Holiday entitlement is 25 days + bank holidays.
