Development Manager Remote based - Projects across the South.
£50k - £65k basic plus package and bonus

We are working with a privately owned developer who are exceptionally well thought of and have grown rapidly in the last two years, with a strong pipeline of good projects.

They now need to strengthen the team further with a Development Manager to oversee the cradle to grave development & delivery of residential led schemes across the South.

This is a home / remote based role with travel to sites expected.

You will have previous experience of leading the delivery of residential or later living projects, ideally coming from a land & planning, architecture / technical or delivery background.

You will be well used to leading the site teams to a successful practical completion and be used to managing stakeholders & complex internal and external construction delivery teams.

The business is rapidly growing and extremely entrepreneurial, so you thrive in fast paced environments and be comfortable making executive decisions.

You will be an experienced Development Manager who is keen to work in an entrepreneurial, trusting environment where people just crack on and get their job done without bureaucracy or micro-management.

Key requirements:
Experienced Development Manager with experience on residential or later living schemes.
Demonstrable experience of leading internal and external teams to achieve successful practical completion of projects.
Experience on residential or later life schemes is essential
Previous experience of building and develop high performing teams
Previous background of developing new processes and procedures in development teams.
Time spent with a developer in the residential or later living sector.
