    We're seeking a future team member for the role of Analyst, Client Billing to join our Pershing EMEA team. Pershing provides a broad range of financial business solutions to investment banks, broker-dealers, wealth managers, financial planners and advisers across EMEA. We provide sophisticated front-end technology and flexible middle office capabilities with execution, settlement and custody services. These are supported by a robust regulatory and compliance framework with dedicated client asset experience and expertise. This role is located in Liverpool and is hybrid.

    In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
    • Preparation and processing of management fees, in line with business payment cycles.
    • Work with large volumes of data, manipulating reports to ensure correct data is provided to the business and clients.
    • Maintain key process documents and ensure they are reviewed regularly.
    • Monitoring of Client Billing inbox, supporting Client Billing team with ad hoc queries and basic processes.
    • Work as part of a team to ensure deadlines are met for assigned tasks within invoicing and management fees. Understand all processes and procedures and be able to undertake all tasks wherever necessary.
    • Work with stakeholders across the business to resolve queries.
    • Provide all supporting documentation to clients in line with their requirements.
    • Work on ad hoc projects and process reviews as required.
    To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience required
    • Excellent organization skills
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Ability to build good relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Advanced Excel knowledge (including data manipulation and data analysis)
