    Description

    Royce is seeking a Manager to lead on the delivery of our Materials 4.0 EPSRC Centre for Doctoral Training (CDT), based at the Henry Royce Institute. This is a pivotal role in shaping the design and delivery of our CDT and directly impacting student experience.

    The post holder will have responsibility for the overall day-to-day operations of the CDT, ensuring students experience a high-quality doctoral student journey. They will be a key point of contact both internally and externally for the CDT, managing interactions between staff, students, institutional partners across Royce, industry partners, and professional services across the eight institutions which make up the CDT (the Universities of Manchester, Sheffield, Cambridge, Leeds, Oxford and Strathclyde, Imperial College London, the National Physical Laboratory). They will provide support to the CDT Directors and Co-Investigators in all aspects of the CDT, and work closely with them to contribute to the strategic and operational development of the centre. The post holder will be expected to undertake duties in an independent manner, being capable of taking initiative.
