About the role:


We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic sales coach to join our Learning and Development Team as part of our fast paced Customer Operations team in Stockport.

As our coach, you will be training and coaching our Retention Advisor new starters to provide a first-class, smooth journey into TakePayments.

You will also pick up any upskilling and coaching of existing staff where required.


You will be an expert in Retention, having worked in a similar environment, you will be training new starters as part of group training and providing one to one coaching and offering constructive feedback to drive motivation.

40 Hour week Monday - Friday between 8.30am and 5.30pm


Responsibilities of our Sales Trainer:


  • To provide coaching and training to all new Starters to ensure that they are confident to join their team and chieve their goals
  • To assist our Learning and Development Managers with ongoing training
  • Provide support and constructive feedback to retention advisors to drive performance and increase engagement
  • Offer feedback to Team Managers as well as through handovers to create ongoing support

Requirements for our Sales Trainer:


  • Contact centre sale/retention coaching and development experience
  • Experience of working in a fastpaced sales environment
  • Proven success in a similar role with 121 coaching and group training/workshops
