    We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Manager to join our team. As a Business Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of services to our clients, maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, and driving operational excellence. You will oversee the end-to-end service delivery process, from planning and execution to monitoring and improvement, while ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. Your expertise in managing projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, and optimizing service delivery processes will be instrumental in our company's success.

    Key Responsibilities;

    • Project Planning and Execution: Lead the planning and execution of service delivery projects, including scope definition, resource allocation, timelines, and budget management, to ensure successful project completion.
    • Stakeholder Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, government agencies, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure effective communication, collaboration, and alignment of objectives.
    • Performance Monitoring: Monitor service delivery performance metrics, analyse trends, and identify areas for improvement to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.
    • Process Optimisation: Identify opportunities to streamline and optimize service delivery processes, utilising industry best practices, innovative technologies, and continuous improvement methodologies.
    • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues in service delivery, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, health and safety standards, and contractual requirements.
    • Team Leadership: Provide effective leadership and direction to the service delivery team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.
    • Contract Management: Collaborate with the commercial team in contract negotiations, ensuring clear service level agreements (SLAs), performance indicators (PIs), and deliverables are defined and met.
    • Reporting and Documentation: Prepare accurate and timely reports, documentation, and presentations on service delivery performance, project status, and key milestones for internal and external stakeholders.
    • Customer Relationship Management: Act as the main point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the service delivery process.

    Ideal Candidate;

    • Proficient IT skills i.e. MS Excel, Word etc
    • Knowledge of Highways Maintenance
    • Strong people management
    • Good business acumen
    • Previous experience in a similar role or a Quality Assurance Manager role
