- Project Planning and Execution: Lead the planning and execution of service delivery projects, including scope definition, resource allocation, timelines, and budget management, to ensure successful project completion.
- Stakeholder Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, government agencies, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure effective communication, collaboration, and alignment of objectives.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor service delivery performance metrics, analyse trends, and identify areas for improvement to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.
- Process Optimisation: Identify opportunities to streamline and optimize service delivery processes, utilising industry best practices, innovative technologies, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues in service delivery, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, health and safety standards, and contractual requirements.
- Team Leadership: Provide effective leadership and direction to the service delivery team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.
- Contract Management: Collaborate with the commercial team in contract negotiations, ensuring clear service level agreements (SLAs), performance indicators (PIs), and deliverables are defined and met.
- Reporting and Documentation: Prepare accurate and timely reports, documentation, and presentations on service delivery performance, project status, and key milestones for internal and external stakeholders.
- Customer Relationship Management: Act as the main point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the service delivery process.
- Proficient IT skills i.e. MS Excel, Word etc
- Knowledge of Highways Maintenance
