PMO Analyst

Excellent opportunity to join a PMO in a global telecommunications company. Initial 6 month contract, offering a hybrid working pattern with potential view to extend.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide training and support on the delivery governance framework, best practice models and P3M toolset
  • Be the point of contact for the Portfolio community in relation to risks, issues, dependencies, reporting, tools and plans
  • Operate a portfolio assurance model which is fit for purpose assuring the quality of risks, issues, dependencies and reporting
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders

About You

  • Prior PMO experience, ideally within the Telco space
  • Experience of using Clarity PPM tool highly desirable
  • Proficient using Excel
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work on your own initiative, with a collaborative approach
