About Our Client:

They are leading UK luxury menswear brand with multiple stores throughout the United Kingdom.

The duties of the successful customer service advisor (remote based) will be to:

  • Respond to customer needs in a consistently efficient, accurate and timely manner.
  • Provide support and comprehensive product information to customers.
Manage calls, written correspondence and adhere to business processes and policies.

  • Assist in purchases.
Consistently meet departmental productivity KPIs.
Handle all enquiries such as delivery, stock, returns and exchanges.


The Successful Applicant:

As a successful Customer service advisor (remote based) you will have:

  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional work ethic
  • Previous service experience in a contact centre environment
  • Experience handling inbound or outbound calls

What's on Offer:

You'll be offered a equivalent London salary of £25,000

  • Fulltime with some flexibility to work weekends/bank holidays
  • Weekly pay
