About Our Client:
They are leading UK luxury menswear brand with multiple stores throughout the United Kingdom.
The duties of the successful customer service advisor (remote based) will be to:
- Respond to customer needs in a consistently efficient, accurate and timely manner.
- Provide support and comprehensive product information to customers.
- Assist in purchases.
Handle all enquiries such as delivery, stock, returns and exchanges.
The Successful Applicant:
As a successful Customer service advisor (remote based) you will have:
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional work ethic
- Previous service experience in a contact centre environment
- Experience handling inbound or outbound calls
What's on Offer:
You'll be offered a equivalent London salary of £25,000
- Fulltime with some flexibility to work weekends/bank holidays
- Weekly pay
