    M&A / Fundraising – Oil & GasA fast-growing Energy Trading Company in London is growing their team and looking for a Corporate Finance specialist.

    The role will be to work directly with the CEO to develop the business and enhance their Trading capabilities through Financing means.


    Responsibilities:

    Raising debt for the business (project finance, structured finance, working capital, equity capital etc).Identifying and evaluating potential opportunities for the business to utilise this.

    Making acquisitions of companies, or assets to deliver the plan of the business.


    Skills / Attributes:
    Considerable experience fundraising and working in the M&A space.
    Experience in the Oil & Gas space is preferred.
    Willing to be based in London.
