- Numeracy and literacy qualifications (GCSE/A Level)
- RSA II or equivalent
- Minimum NVQ 4 or equivalent experience/qualification
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office packages including Word, Excel (advanced), Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint (including build)
- General office procedures filing etc

We are currently looking to recruit a Systems Development Officer on a permanent basis.

Main duties of the job
The post holders will be responsible for development, implementation, managing and performance monitoring of Estates & Facilities systems (working closely with neighbouring Trusts, PFI partners and private contractors and their system providers) to ensure high quality services are being provided.
The System Development Officer will ensure the systems implemented will be used to their full potential and utilised for data management and reporting. They will also provide assurance that national and local standards are in place and maintained as well as ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.
As part of this role the System Development Officer will be based at Guild Park, Goosnargh however may be required to travel around the organisation to fulfil training and business support needs.
