    As the Director of ATMP Business Development and Technical Strategy, you have a pivotal role in shaping our future success .

    This role requires you to lead business development initiatives, leverage your technical expertise, and foster innovation within our organisation. Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to expand our presence effectively in the ATMP market.

    Lead the creation of technical content, project proposals, and work packages that precisely align with clients' technical and commercial expectations, enhancing our competitive edge in the market.

    Proactively identify and present innovative opportunities to the management team, offering novel solutions or services that strategically address the evolving market.

    Actively participate in industry-specific conferences, trade shows, and networking events to build relationships within the ATMP community, while showcasing and promoting our technical capabilities and outreach efforts.

    Assist the sales team in negotiating contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring they align with our company's objectives, contributing to our long-term growth and market influence.

    A degree (or equivalent) in a life sciences (or related) field.

    Demonstrate a strong scientific understanding of the market, showcasing successful experience in technical leadership, ideally within the ATMP or Biologics sector.

    Results-oriented approach with a track record of contributing to business development and strategic initiatives.
    Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
    Display proficiency in market analysis and knack for innovation.
