Spencer Clarke Group are working alongside
Adur District Council to appoint a
Customer Service Advisor on a contract basis.


Duties:


  • Working in our busy Contact Centre, the duties will be to answer incoming telephone enquiries for transactional calls whilst our permanent advisors field the high volume of Council Tax calls generated by billing.
  • You will answer calls about waste collection, environmental health and general switchboard enquiries amongst other things.
  • Being able to deal with a high volumes of calls efficiently whilst remaining friendly, polite and empathic is a must.
  • Full training will be given in the use of our local computer systems and soft phone contact centre solution
- you must be I.T literate and able to pick up new systems quickly.


What's on offer?

Pay rate:
£12.50-£13 per hour via an umbrella company


Contract:3-6 months with view to extend
