- Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of Fintech ERP transformation projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders, and develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Coordinate resources, including internal teams, external vendors, and consultants, to ensure project tasks are completed on time and within budget.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project team members, stakeholders, and senior management to ensure alignment on project goals and priorities.
- Prepare and deliver regular project status reports and presentations to stakeholders, providing updates on project progress, budget status, and key milestones.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
- Drive continuous improvement and optimization initiatives to enhance project management processes, tools, and methodologies.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field; PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in technical project management, with a focus on Fintech ERP transformations.
- Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering large-scale, complex projects within the financial services industry.
- Deep understanding of ERP systems, technologies, and architectures, with hands-on experience in implementing Fintech solutions.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly assess situations, identify issues, and develop effective solutions.
- Experience working in Agile or hybrid project management environments is a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage competing priorities and deadlines.
