- Minimum 57 years in the printing/packaging industry.
- Ideally technical knowledge of digital label printing, materials and tooling (but training can be given)
- Ability to work well under tight deadlines for projects of various size and scope.
- Positive "can do" customer focus and attitude.
- Operating of finishing equipment producing finished print in compliance with company operating procedures
- Ensure machinery runs at a maximum output, adhering to quality and health & safety standards.
- Proactively manage equipment to achieve maximum quality levels ensuring that all paperwork is completed and up to date to ensure full traceability
- Ensure maximum material utilisation and a reduction of wastage of all materials
- Cooperation with all company systems and department teams in line with health and safety, IS09001, BRC accreditations and all paperwork systems
