    Morgan Philips Executive Search UK have been retained by a fast growing IT Services firm who specialise in software resale and additional services in the Construction, Manufacturing & Infrastructure sectors to hire a newly created position; Services Enablement Director.

    The role, reporting to the EMEA Director of Services, has been created to drive alignment, best practise and consistency across the different regions within the EMEA business unit - ensuring the firm is building and delivering the highest quality services for their clients.

    Working with a peer group across EMEA you would be responsible for driving the Services enablement strategy across multiple countries within Europe. Your focus will be on aligning Services delivery processes, tools, and technologies to ensure operational efficiency, consistent Services quality, and exceptional customer experiences. Services cover the following areas: support, training, consulting, project management, customer project development, Local IP development.

    To be successful in this role you will have:

    Proven experience in a leadership role within a functional Services organization within the software industry


    • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.


    • Strong knowledge and understanding of Services delivery processes, methodologies, quality, and tools.


    • Experience in driving digital transformation initiatives and leveraging technology to enhance Services delivery.


    • Good leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams across different countries and cultures.


    • Excellent relationship building skills; at ease to establish trust and

    credibility with key stakeholders.

    The role would be based remotely, but with occasional travel across sites in Europe and the Middle East.
