CameraMatics MySafeDrive is an exciting new addition to our product range enabling customers to measure and manage safety, environmental impact, and cost of vehicle operation across the entire business extending out to supply chain and employees commuting or driving for business using personal vehicles.

As a Technical Operations Support (TOS) with us, you will be responsible for the technical support of both hardware and software systems.


Tasks to include:


  • New install and de/re commissioning (all products)
  • Service call commissioning
  • New customer fleet monitoring
  • Fleet checks
  • Firmware rollouts
  • System quality assurance audits

Desirable skill/experience

  • Experience offering general tech support or a good knowledge of computer systems, hardware, and software.
  • Experience of working in a Fleet environment
  • Selfmotivated with a strong work ethic and a keenness to learn.
  • Attention to Detail
- the ability to accomplish/complete a task while demonstrating a thorough concern for all the areas involved, no matter how small.

  • Soft skills strong communication, selfmotivated and able to work alone and as part of a team.
