- Develop project scopes, budgets, schedules, and resource plans in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Supervise the creation of engineering designs, drawings, specifications, and contract documents for projects.
- Manage procurement processes, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, and material/service procurement.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, such as engineers, site managers, and subcontractors, ensuring adherence to technical standards and client requirements.
- Monitor project progress, assess risks, and implement mitigation strategies to meet project objectives within schedule and budget constraints.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and environmental guidelines in highway construction.
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and support to project team members, fostering a positive work environment.
- Prepare progress reports, presentations, and project documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated track record (5+ years) in managing civil engineering projects, with a preferred focus on Highways.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies, tools, and software such as Primavera and Microsoft Project.
- Ability to effectively prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects concurrently, and adapt to evolving priorities in a dynamic environment.
