Key Responsibilities:


  • To carry out general cleaning tasks as detailed on the tasked Standard Operational Procedures to agreed standards as directed by Housekeeping lead/ Site Supervisor
  • To carry out all tasks with due regard to the contract specification and all legislation Health and Safety, and Personal Hygiene
  • To ensure correct material, equipment and methods are used always and equipment kept clean and in good working order.
  • To report faulty equipment/ machinery immediately
  • To ensure effort to develop and maintain effective working relationships with the customer and ISS colleagues.
  • To attend training as required by your Site Supervisor/ Site Manager
  • To report any near misses, accidents and dangerous occurrences to your Site Supervisor/ Housekeeping lead
  • To carry out additional hours where requires helping cover business needs and holidays/ sickness

Skills, Experience and Attributes:


  • Cleaning in a contact centre/Hospitality environment
  • Good customer facing skills/ Highly motivated
  • Excellent communication Skills.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
From £10.49 per hour


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Experience:

- housekeeping: 2 years (required)
