- Day to day support of the SAP ERP system and finance end users including responsibility for regular operational processes
- Ability to create, define & deliver regular SAP ERP top-up training to finance end users.
- Maintain the SAP Enable Now Training with consultation with Finance process specialists
- Act as a liaison between finance end users and managed service support and maintenance team to ensure defects and small changes are properly documented and delivered
- Lead on small to medium sized finance systems change projects
- Ensuring integrity of the system and ensuring all users have the correct access
- Experience of a variety of SAP solutions inc. SAP S/4 HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Concur, SAP Ariba, SAP Treasury Risk Management, SAP Multi Bank Connectivity, Invoice Management with OpenText and SAP Lease, Contract & Real Estate Management.
- Proficient using Microsoft Excel
- A good level of core business experience covering Finance (mandatory), Procurement & HR (desirable) Systems
- Strong attention to detail and ability to analyse and interpret significant amounts of financial data
- Excellent presentation skills to enable impressive articulation of complicated topics
- Ability to work well as part of a geographically dispersed team
- Strong focus on delivering an excellent service to customers
- Strong organisational skills to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to plan and prepare to maximise time and productivity
