- Developing bioanalytical methods, ensuring reliability and meeting regulatory requirements
- Resolving issues and troubleshooting bioanalytical instrumentation and methods
- Staying updated on scientific developments and regulatory changes in the bioanalytical field
- Mentoring other laboratory scientists to enhance their knowledge of bioanalytical techniques and instrumentation
- Collaborating with customers, scientific vendors, and academic groups to enhance the company's reputation
- Assisting in business development by creating new quotes through literature research, identifying potential challenges with bioanalytical methods, and supporting client interactions
- Adhering to GLP/GCP guidelines and maintaining proper documentation practices
- Prior experience in a regulatory bioanalysis lab, conducting LC-MS/MS bioanalytical assays
- PhD or relevant degree in chemistry or life science
- Experience working with GLP/GMP standards
- Proficient in IT, especially with Microsoft systems
- Experience in using LC-MS/MS instrumentation and troubleshooting
- Familiarity with sample extraction techniques for biological analysis
- Effective communication skills and strong interpersonal abilities
