- Maintaining regular communication with potential buyers in the database.
- Scheduling property viewings and valuations.
- Conducting property viewings and negotiating offers with buyers.
- Conducting thorough property valuations using in-depth market research.
- Negotiating fair and balanced fees for vendors.
- Providing constructive feedback to vendors & buyers.
- Facilitating negotiations between sellers and buyers to reach agreeable terms.
- Oversee the sale process through to completion.
- Making outbound calls to generate new sales leads and provide feedback/assistance to buyers & vendors.
- Actively seek new business opportunities to contribute to the company's growth.
- Ideally 2 years' experience in a Sales Negotiator or Sales Valuer/Lister position.
- Proficiency conducting professional viewings and valuations.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Able to build rapport and the ability to maintain professional relationships with different demographics and age groups.
- Proficiency in managing sales processes.
- Collaborative mindset, able to work closely with a dynamic team.
- Customer service-oriented with a keen eye for lead generation.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Full UK driving license and car.
- Full Rights to Work in the UK.
- Monday - Thursday - 8:50am - 6:30pm
- Fridays - 8:50am - 6pm
- Alternate Saturdays - 10am - 4pm
