- Process Compliance: Ensure that all hygiene tasks are performed correctly according to established procedures and work instructions. This includes machine settings, process documentation, allergen management, and risk mitigation strategies for cross-contamination.
- Factory Maintenance: Keep all key areas of the factory clean, organized, and free from clutter. Regularly inspect and clean amenities to ensure they are readily available and accessible to all staff members.
- Self-Motivation: Demonstrate initiative and the ability to work independently, while also functioning effectively as part of a team.
- Communication and Attention to Detail: Possess strong communication skills and a keen eye for detail, ensuring that all tasks are performed to the highest standards of quality and accuracy.
