Our offices are currently based in Canary Wharf but as of May 2023 we will be relocating St Pauls, City of London - Closest Tube stations Bank / St Pauls
Paysafe is currently looking for a highly driven Conversion Rate Optimisation Executive.

Reporting into the Head of Customer Acquisition, this role will focus on building new AB tests and optimisation campaigns across the Digital Wallet suite of websites including Skrill, NETELLER and Paysafecard.

You'll be part of an exciting team driving website performance and enhancing the journey of all users.


Responsibilities

  • Build and analyse AB/MVT tests across Skrill, NETELLER and Paysafecard B2C websites
  • Execute the CRO roadmap to improve global signup conversion rate across all marketing channels
  • Operate as part of a collaborative squad between CRO, UX and Insights analysing user behaviour and user experience and translating into problem statements and hypotheses
  • Concise and accurate reporting of campaign performance to key stakeholders across the business ensuring awareness of learnings and recommendations
  • Assist CRO Manager with maintenance of CRO roadmap including new test updates and prioritisation
  • Conduct regular competitor analysis and insights, and stay abreast of industry best practice

Do you have experience with the following?

  • 12 years of experience in building, running & analysing AB/MVT tests
  • Knowledge of Optimizely or a similar AB testing tool is essential
  • A good understanding of CRO principles, methodologies and best practices
  • CSS, Javascript and HTML knowledge essential
  • Experience with Google Analytics is preferable
  • Highly motivated selfstarter
  • Superb planning and problemsolving skills, and ability to manage requests from multiple stakeholders
