    Description

    Role Overview

    We are recruiting for a well-established and highly organised private GP practice, committed to the provision of a world class medical service to local and international patients. You will work with a dynamic team of two doctors, a clinic co-ordinator, and a practice manager. This practice is committed to providing the highest quality healthcare for local and international patients and attracts clientele who have exacting expectations on the level of service provided.

    What you'll do

  • Interact with patients, consultants, and all clinical services to facilitate the delivery of a consistent and coordinated patient journey, whilst demonstrating care compassion and excellent customer service.
  • Health promotion and management of health assessment bookings
  • Perform and document general clinical testing including blood pressure monitoring, height and weight, urine analysis and capillary blood sugar monitoring, including collecting and handling the specimens.
  • Phlebotomy (Paediatric phlebotomy desirable not essential)
  • Medication administration including Sub cut and IM injections.
  • Minor wound management
  • Immunization and travel health advice (experience desirable)
  • Perform electrocardiograms and spirometry (experience desirable)
  • Order and manage appropriate stock and consumables needed for your service.
  • Documenting on both paper and electronic record systems
  • What you'll bring

  • NMC Registered
  • Primary Care with Medication administration experience
  • Phlebotomy experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexible, highly organised, and able to work under pressure.
  • Practice Nurse qualification (desirable)
  • Private Healthcare experience (desirable)
  • Travel Health and Immunization experience / qualification (desirable)
  • Experience in managing chronic conditions and health promotion (desirable)
