Digital Project and Account Manager
We're searching for an experienced digital professional to assume responsibility for proactively expanding the
virtual tour department while implementing clear processes to enhance efficiency. The successful candidate will
have a passion for all things digital and possess a natural ability to translate technical web jargon into business
English. They will exhibit exceptional organisational skills, along with a firm grasp of best business practices,
enabling them to drive growth while upholding standards.
You will play an integral part by representing the company through faultless project management and client services. Working as a team leader you will be responsible for ensuring major clients receive the best service for all projects. You will lead the day-to-day tasks of the assigned client's business, whilst looking ahead to
plan resource and ensure all projects are delivered on time and on spec.
You will have the ability to evaluate and adapt to changing situations and be agile with responses, with the ability to manage client enquiries of all types with appropriate actions and responses.
An excellent understanding of the creative process is key as you will evaluate clients challenges and provide appropriate and creative solutions.
Over the next year, we will be delivering exceptional 360-degree experiences across diverse industries that employ
new technology. Experience in overseeing digital teams during growth periods would be advantageous.

Manage processes and enhance efficiency among the team

Client account management, communication and client meetings
Maintain positive and open communication internally and with clients
Provide excellent customer service and explore additional revenue opportunities.
Manage developers, photographers, videographers, and designers, ensuring they have all the tools they need to perform their roles effectively and enjoy their work.
Deliver new features that align with broader growth and product standards.
Administrative duties, planning team travel and assisting the team as needed.

Skills
At least 5 years' experience in a web or digital production environment
Previous experience in managing departments or teams
Understand the digital design and build process
Outstanding digital and business expertise
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to collaborate effectively with individuals at all company levels
Capacity to work independently and self-motivate
Collaborate with stakeholders and adjust priorities
according to business requirements.
