The Opportunity
The Intelligent Utilities team is responsible Gentrack's suite of advanced analytics solutions which enable utilities
clients to obtain a 360-degree view of their customers and their business. We are doing so by leveraging data
and modern cloud technology to drive their decision making and enhance their customer experience.

The Intelligent Utilities team is looking for a BI Visualization Team Lead to develop the new generation of
reporting dashboards, which will be the customer-facing functionality of Gentrack's new data lake.

The Specifics

Provide leadership and technical support to the BI Visualisation team
Support the R&D build of the Analytics and Machine Learning product suite for Gentrack.
Design and deliver a great portfolio of dashboards across multiple analytics product lines
Collaborate with client design partners and internal industry experts to drive innovative use cases, gain

useful feedback, and optimise visualization.

Work with Architects and ETL developers to optimise visualisation performance and architecture.
Support client delivery with custom visualization outputs.
Ownership of the support model and 3rd (last) line support for clients on visualization layer

What we're looking for _(you don't need to be a guru at all, we're looking forward to coaching and collaborating with you):_

Expert in visualisation, master in at least one package (likely Tableau or Power BI) and adept in others
Experience leading and managing a small team
Experience working with customers to understand their needs
Can do attitude
High attention to detail.
Strong internal and external stakeholder management
An openminded consultative approach.
Ability to give and receive positive and constructive feedback.
Ability to creatively solve problems.
Honed design skills: produces creative dashboards with intuitive UX and

polished for external use
