Our Client in
Ballymena requires
Production Operators to join their team

Pay Rate:

Day Shift £9.50 Per Hour

Night Shift £10.95 Per Hour

Working Hours: 12 hour, day and nights shifts - Rotational

Job Type:
Temporary ongoing

Job Criteria:

Previous experience within a manufacturing environment
Previous experience within a Manual Handling role
Previous experience working towards regulatory and customer standards
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Confident and approachable in dealing with people
Proactive and cando approach
Uses initiative and experience and applies to work situations
Proven problemsolving skills

Job Duties:

Contribute towards achieving and maintaining a positive team and working environment, working in a cooperative manner and providing support to work colleagues on your line as needed and adapting to change in a positive and professional manner.
Communicate in a respectful, professional and timely manner with Managers, work colleagues and wider team to maintain continuity of production and ensure a safe, efficient working environment for all.
Perform duties to the highest standard adhering to standard operating procedures in a safe and efficient manner to maximise production and achieve targets.
Responsible for the highest standards of housekeeping and hygiene, in line with regulatory, company and customer requirements.
Any other duties and tasks deemed to be within competence and within reason.
