Working hours are Monday - Sunday 8:30am - 5pm with a permanent day of in the week and working one weekend on, one weekend off.
Studying recipes, setting up menus and preparing high-quality dishesDelegate tasks to kitchen staff to ensure meals are prepared in a timely manner
