Finance Assistant
Part Time Role - Fixed Term Contract - £25- £30k (based on full time hours) depending upon experience.
***Meraki Talent are delighted to be engaged on a new Finance Assistant role based in Glasgow City centre. The role is a fixed term contract on part time hours. The working days for this role are Tuesday-Thursday
The Company
This client is a great company who are constantly growing and expanding. They are an award-winning digital agency and are looking for a new Finance Assistant to join their finance team.
The Role
***The Accounts Assistant role has the following duties:
- To manage and maintain the AR ledger in Sage
- Produce Sales invoices and credits and issue to clients on a timely basis
- Check coding of all Sales invoices
- Daily Bank reconciliation and posting of entries onto Sage
- Month end review of billing
- Evaluating credit terms for new and existing clients
- Liaising with Customers on a timely basis to resolve any billing queries
- Reconciliation of Sales ledger
- Prepare weekly cashflow file for Financial Controller to review
- Establish strong working relationships with clients as well as internal stakeholders
- Support Purchase ledger as required
- Support the monthly MI reporting for Senior Management team
- Month end journal postings
- Ad hoc project work as required
