    A great opportunity for a dynamic executive assistant to join a software company whose values are built around trust, service excellence, authenticity, and accountability.

    Role
    Providing high-quality support to the CEO as well as office management support to the office in Reading. Responsibilities will include:
    • Working alongside the CEO to manage day to day operational activities.
    • Tackling administrative tasks
    • Full inbox and diary management for the CEO
    • Arrange internal and external meeting bookings e.g., refreshments, diary management.
    • Draft, review, and send communications on behalf of CEO.
    • Organise and prepare for meetings, including creating the agenda and minutes.
    • Undertake projects for the CEO.
    • Coordinating and supporting all board meeting related activities, ensuring meetings run smoothly and to plan.
    • Main point of contact for office management activities e.g. contractors, office supplies etc.

    Requirements
    • Previous experience in a high-level executive support role at CEO level
    • Experience working within a business application or technology environment.
    • Exceptional communication and organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
    • The ability to make informed decisions and demonstrate sound judgment, in high-pressure situations.
    • The ability to build good relationship management skills.
    • Experience of driving cross company social engagements and events
