About Our Client:

A top University based in London.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing an effective first point of contact for students.
  • Supporting the orientation process for new undergraduate students.
  • Supporting the annual updating of programme regulations and course.
  • Providing administrative support, as required in the course of the academic session, to the Undergraduate Programme Director and the Departmental Tutor.
  • Organising Offer Holder and Open Days and attending University student events.

The Successful Applicant:


Person specification:

  • Experience in a similar position within higher education.
  • Previous experience with systems such as SITS and Moodle.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to work successfully both independently and within a team.
