Robertson Bell have partnered with this progressive housing association who are searching for an Income Officer to join their team on a permanent basis.

This organisation is based in north-west London and offers a hybrid working pattern. This exciting rolewill be reporting to the Income Manager.

The main responsibilities of this role are:

  • Oversee cash postings and look after manual updates of the system
  • Dealing with double entries, cash transactions, amending accounts and bank reconciliations
  • Overseeing the finance inbox
  • Carry out reviews of suspense accounts
  • Investigate payment miscalculations
  • Assisting the rental team with financial queries
  • Liaising with multiple internal and external stakeholders


This will be the perfect opportunity for somebody at the early stages of their career, who is looking to continue their training and development in a robust and supportive team.


  • A degree in accounting, finance or mathematics
  • A great understanding of excel, including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables
  • Basic knowledge of bank reconciliations
  • Great communication skills
  • A keen eye for detail and the desire to learn and develop
