    Customer Success Manager

    Remote (Scotland)

    How would you like to work for one of Scotland's leading SaaS companies? We are looking for an experienced Customer Success Manager with a flair for the technical side of things, and a passion for fostering long-standing client relationships.

    Joining their Customer Success team, your remit will extend from developing deep knowledge of the product to guiding clients through a seamless journey, ensuring their satisfaction and success with the software. Your technical mind will be pivotal in mastering the product suite, enabling you to deliver insightful support and direction.

    The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle and cloud-based technologies, underpinning the ability to manage intricate technical projects with finesse. Your prior experience in the SaaS world in a similar role will have sharpened your ability to build lasting relationships, ensuring clients receive a tailored and responsive service.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the product to provide expert guidance and support.
    • Manage the customer journey end-to-end, ensuring a positive and successful experience.
    • Build and nurture long-term client relationships.
    • Oversee technical projects, coordinating effectively with cross-functional teams.

    Essential Skills:

    • Proven experience in a customer success role within a SaaS environment.
    • Strong technical mindset with the ability to quickly assimilate product knowledge.
    • Solid grasp of SDLC and cloud/SaaS technologies.
    • Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

    On offer is a salary of £40,000 - £50,000 depending on experience. Please note we can only consider candidates able to make occasional trips to the Central Belt office for product learning.
