Account Relationship Manager
Join a global publisher of online Business & Management lectures and training courses.

We are looking for an Account Manager who will be responsible for maximising resubscriptions from a global portfolio of accounts, and in doing so maximise revenue forthe business.


To encourage higher education institutions to resubscribe, the Account Manager will work with and support teaching faculty with curriculum development; encouraging teaching faculty to share syllabi and curating a selection of talks to match teaching programs.


Thus, an educational background in (or at least good understanding of) business and economics is essential

Key Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Deliver live training webinars to faculty and library staff to showcase The Business & Management Collection
  • Ensure students and faculty can access the collection and the material they need
  • Developing relationships with library staff and administrators to ensure internal marketing campaigns are regularly undertaken.
  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Tracking and managing relevant account information

About You:

-
A background Account / Relationship Management - ideally with a subscription-based / academic business

Excellent academic background. A degree in business/economics topic. Ideally a 2:1 from a good university and good A-levels

  • A keen interest in business & economics, academia and excellent commercial awareness.

Confident public speaker - you will be required to present to new and existing clients

  • Naturally inquisitive

Ability to build relationshipsin an honest and professional manner.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Excellent written English is paramount.

Holborn / Remote

(fully remote option available)


Salary£27,000 - £30,000
