Venue Director - Edinburgh

I am working with a dynamic Hospitality & Events business in Edinburgh who are looking for a Venue Director to join their senior team.

The Venue Director is responsible for all commercial and operational aspects, managing the profitability of the business. You will also promote a culture that focuses on the customer experience and service excellence throughout all aspects of the business.

Working closely with the senior leadership team you will also be responsible for strategic business planning, operational planning and execution and people development.

The Ideal Candidate:

· Deep understanding of hospitality, F&B and events

· Background working within multi-site or multi-outlet sites

· Excellent business acumen

· Strong leadership style

· Your passion will be service and standards

· Financially astute

· Adaptable and able to work well under pressure

· Innovative and across all current market trends
