Database Administrator & Analyst (Power BI)

Location:

Norwich Outskirts (with hybrid working options)Our client, a leading Construction and Renovation Business, is seeking a skilled Database Administrator & Analyst to join their team.

Reporting to the Systems Development Manager, you'll be responsible for ensuring effective technical database management and data analysis, supporting BI Analytics and data teams.

SQL expertise to manage databases, optimize performance, and ensure uptime setup and design of databases to support BI Analytics initiatives.identify and implement improvements for hardware, software, and maintain an efficient BI data platform with robust data manage the PowerBI analytical data visualization resolve database-related incidents as 2nd or 3rd line security and compliance with GDPR management and Systems Security Officer on data security initiatives.

Performance Measures:
enterprise-wide database performance and availability at change control procedures for database reporting and analytic solutions meet business standards of data security and GDPR compliance

Qualifications & Skills:
SQL Database Developmentproficiency in Microsoft SQL Server Management, TSQL, and Power BIwith Microsoft Server 2019+, Power BI Reports/DAX, and Power Apps/Power Automate5 years managing and securing SQL databases2 years experience with MS Power BI Service
