UP TO £55,000

HIGH WYCOMBE (1-2 DAYS A WEEK IN THE OFFICE)

This Commercial Analyst role will plan, scope, and execute delivery of customer insight management reports, dashboards and analytics to provide insights that will inform audience targeting anddrive commercial improvements.


The role

You will:

  • Liaise with the marketing team to develop innovative / creative solutions to help solve issues or identify opportunities which add value to the business.
  • Ensure the existing dashboards and BI reports are effectively used, including training of end users where beneficial and monitoring usage to capture future business requirements can be linked to appropriate data sets.
  • Develop customer insight plan to build customer segments/personas articulating commonality customer needs/behaviours, for all channels.
  • Work with existing BI teams to ensure 'single source of data truth' to inform marketing/customer engagement across all customer touchpoints.
  • Support ecommerce and digital marketing teams on customer performance data analysis and insight to ensure datadriven strategy is continually improved and optimised.

The experience
You don't have to tick all the boxes but if you have any of the following experience, we would like to hear from you:

  • Proven experience in customer insight analysis and reporting to drive strategic change within a business
  • Experienced Power BI user and report developer, frequently using Power BI to access, analyse and visualise data across a wide range of customers and stakeholders
  • Good understanding of DAX functions, Structured Query Language (SQL), database querying, and script writing
  • Experience probing, querying, eliciting, interpreting, and documenting business requirements
  • Experience of producing and presenting complex and detailed data analysis to a nontechnical audience
  • Confident, articulate, and able to influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Well organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise effectively
  • Resilient with the ability to work effectively under pressure and to deadline
